It is hard to believe that this movie really exists in our time right now

When I first heard that this movie would be released in theaters,I already hated the movie because a movie about emojis seems like a very lazy idea for a movie made by Hollywood. And I learned that the movie Popeye would be canceled because of a movie with emojis, seriously?!!!! And the short about Popeye looked way better than the trailer of the emoji movie which looked really really really bad. And the emoji movie is just trying to be a lot like Toy Story,Wreck-it-Ralph,The Lego Movie, and Inside Out by trying to have a message to kids that texting is the most important way of communicating to people, and if you get a new phone or reboot your current phone, you are to lose your emojis which are connected to you.The message doesn't even make sense, because when you get a new phone, you will have the same emojis on your new phone. Finally, I would just like to say on this review, this is a all time low for a movie by trying to brainwash kids on saying being on your phone 24/7 is way important than hanging out with your family and friends in person without a phone.

Excellent movie- Loved it!

I don't agree with the reviews on this movie at all and neither does my 9 year old daughter. I loved the story line as well as the animation. I work in the cell phone industry and so felt especially attached to the concept. Liked that it brought this element of technology to life!!

Way better then critics think

Definitely better then critics (who know diddly squat) rate. Thought it was funny, surprisingly endearing, and perfect for both kids and adult. Loved the voice overs and honestly thought this was better then I thought it would be. The dialogue was crisp and not at all dull or boring and the animation was pretty good. Like said, don't listen to the mainstream critics, they wouldn't know a good movie if it hit them in the face...
