The best first film

I think Reservoir Dogs is the best first movie. This movie is totally smell like Tarantino. Script is amazing, interesting and so funny. Characters are so original and unforgettable. I think Tarantino composed his genre in this movie. All actors are very good but Tim Roth's performance is so great. I love this film so much and I don't get bored to rewatch this crime masterpiece.

Tarantino's Directorial Debut Remains A Stylish Masterpiece

Writer/director Quentin Tarantino explodes unto the cinematic landscape with his masterful directorial debut that quickly establishes all of his trademarks (profanity-laced poetic dialogue, pop culture references, black comedy, music juxtaposition, shocking moments of violence).

Rarely do filmakers start off with a masterpiece but Tarantino directs this unconventional low-budget star-studded paranoid crime thriller like a seasoned pro.

Both this and Pulp Fiction will always remain some of my favorite movies ever.

A genius movie from Quentin Tarantino...

Quentin Tarantino is known for a very genius-man. By introducing non-linear films that incorporate a dark-comedy, soundtrack that we often hear everywhere, violent scenes with blood everywhere, and some other things that he owns. This film is the first debut film of Quentin Tarantino and plays it also in it. Tarantino loves to present some great actors like Samuel L. Jackson and Uma Thurman.

"Reservoir Dogs," tells about eight men who were breakfast while talking about the song "Like A Virgin" by Madonna. Six of the eight are unknown and have only an alias name that is Mr. White (Harvey Keitel), Mr. Orange (Tim Roth), Mr. Blonde (Michael Madsen), Mr. Pink (Steve Buscemi), Mr. Blue (Eddie Bunker), and Mr. Brown (Quentin Tarantino). Two others are Joe Cabot (Lawrence Tierney) and his son "Nice Guy" Eddie (Chris Penn). They plan to rob a diamond shop at the behest of Joe Cabot. After interspersed slow-motion scene as an introduction to his character, we will begin to be invited to watch the non-linear plot of Tarantino. No scenes of robbery even audiences invited directly to see Mr. White and Mr. Orange is badly injured by being shot into a warehouse where they gather. From there the audience can find out that robberies don't match what they are planning. After that, come Mr. Pink, who believes that one of them betrayed and leaked the robbery to the police. Then, start a scene of suspicion and anxiety between them.

Tarantino is great at putting together his story plot because he also slipped a sort of flashback that was divided into three parts: Mr. White, Mr. Blonde, and Mr. Orange. Each of them tells the background of each character and how they can join. Reservoir Dogs store many of the most memorable scenes so people can remember. One of them is the slow-motion scene which is the coolest scene. Michael Madsen also performed best on this movie because some of his scenes that tortured the police were crazy.

As I said, robbery isn't shown at all. So, the audience can only imagine what happened and how chaotic the robbery. The main highlight of this film is also a debate that occurs because of mutual suspicion. This film also is filled with many surprises that can actually be created as a debt and easy to remember.

This film also has elements of friendship and loyalty is very thick where the human conscience is always selfish. Even within the group, there is a conflicting dilemma. "Reservoir Dogs" is the first work of Tarantino's debut and also as a film that makes a masterpiece entitled "Pulp Fiction". Actually, the Tarantino movies I've watched so far are Pulp Fiction, Inglorious Basterds, and Kill Bill Series.
